Galaxy S3 worked flawlessly before the Kitkit downgrade. Now, it works great on Wi-fi, but when I leave my office or turn off Wi-fi, the phone refuses to find a mobile data signal. Power cycle the phone, and mobile data is back.
Good signal strength (although a rural area served by just one VZ tower), able to make/receive voice calls and send/receive texts with no issues. It just refuses to find the mobile network data when Wi-fi is not available.
Data has been set to both Global and LTE, roaming tried on and off (there is no other carrier to roam onto here anyway), mobile data is on
Only the complete power cycle works...airplane mode on/off does not....still won't find data on the network. The only answer I received from customer service was we'll send you a new SIM card.
