I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 and when I make calls the call timer is going but the phone doesn't ring or connect. I'm also able to pick up phone calls but the caller can't hear me on the other end. I power down my device and then power it back up then it works for a couple calls. I then have to power down again. I've done a hard reset and it doesn't seem to help. Any suggestions?
