I am new to Verizon's services and this device as of February, 2014 and it is now July, 2014 and I am finding this device is horrible. The touchscreen freezes, then acts on it own, the signal strength is poor (especially the last few days). and the battery life is very poor. Help!!! How does a new customer get support? I've tried the live chat which is never available and the when I call the 800 Number I am placed on hold then on voiceprompt hell. Uggh!
