My husband's phone keeps getting a notice "MDN changed" for backup assistant and asks for a pin # to fix same. Where do I locate this pin #?? We are older and not of the computer generation--appreciate help from younger and wiser folks!
Have you tried clearing the pin from phone by going to
Settings
Apps
All
Sync Services and clear data and cache
After doing this you should be prompted to re enter info when Back Up Assistant app is opened again.

Let's make sure we get rid of that error, carcie. Elector has provided some great steps to reset Backup Assistant. If you are unable to locate Sync Services, please go to Settings>Applications>Manage Appications>All>Backup Assistant>Force Stop and clear data. These steps can differ depending what phone you have.
