I can not connect to Navigator, maps, online, etc. On the top of the screen it doesn't show that I am connected to 3g or 4g. Mobile Data is checked off, and location services is on. Does anyone know how to fix this?
When you say that "mobile data is checked off", do you mean it's turned on? If so and you still don't have a data connection, try putting the phone in airplane mode for a minute or so and then turn airplane mode off and see if mobile data connects (of course, ensure mobile data is turned on first). If that doesn't help, try resetting the SIM card by turning off the phone, removing the SIM card (be careful not to touch the gold contacts), wait a couple of minutes, then reinsert the SIM card, turn the phone back on, and allow time for a fresh network connection to be established.
Thank you. I did mean mobile data was on. I just tried putting it in airplane mode and then turning it off, but no luck. I also just tried pulling the sim card out..putting it in, etc. Still no luck. I have been noticing that i don't see 3g listed on the top of the screen anymore, even when wifi is off. Does that mean anything?

You may need a new SIM card; they're free at your local Corporate Verizon store.
