stolen phone

several months ago my phone was stolen and it was suspended the day I

noticed it stolen but July 6  an app on that phone showed a face of a person

with my phone number, my name and the place where the phone was taken.

Tango isn't able to trace, is there anything can be done?

if you reported it stolen to the police, you could always give the picture to them. i highly doubt it will do much, but that's all you can really do. verizon isn't going to be able to trace that picture to whoever it is.
