Awful Service

I am a 7 year customer of Verizon. I have not had any trouble until here lately. I have not had a bill that has been the same for 4 months. When I call customer service that cannot give any answers to what the problem is. They are as confused as I am. I have been told that they would fix it and come to find out they have not. They have told me that they would call me back and they have not. All they do is sit in a cubical and read off a card and never answer the questions at had. They are the worst company that I have ever dealt with. As soon as I can I am leaving. They are liars and they present a pretty picture when in reality all they want is your money Don't try calling cooperate either they are as crooked as the customer service bozos that help you. If you have a chance run as fast as you can from Verizon, they will treat you like a piece of dirt!!!!

I find this interesting, you say you've had absolutely no problems for the past 7 YEARS, and you've encountered one problem and are acting like VZW is the worst company that ever existed. Customer service doesn't get much wiggle room, and when customers give them crap about not fixing their problems it really makes their jobs harder. Have you asked to speak with a CS Manager, or maybe even the billing department? If your bill is off, logically, I would want to speak with the billing department.

Interesting. I don't actually believe in the customer always being right. If I ran a business it would be my employees first. Because honestly when the employees are happy, they do their jobs so much better and that means happy customers too. And then you get those customers that have that "I'm entitled" sense about themselves and regardless of what an employee does they still get treated like crap. I wouldn't want customers like that anyway. And no, I do not work for Verizon, but I do work in customer care and sales for a company.

Also I'd like for you to show me where I was "shifting" any blame. I simply recommended speaking to the department that would be the most likely to be equipped to handle your issue.
