Call Quality and LTE speeds slow at home but not at work.

Hello,

I am hoping to get some help.  My data and call quality used to be great at home  but now I am having poor data speeds and call quality at home (zip 37064). When I am at work everything seems to be fine (zip 37203).   I ran a speed test and I am getting download speeds of 2.8 Mbps  and 0.61 Mbps upload speeds.  I do not have a tool to test call quality.

I can not find a phone number or support site that will allow me to report potential issues.    Does anyone have a suggestion?

Edit:  I ran another speed test and had a ping of 333 ms, download of 0.17 Mbps, and upload of 0.04 Mbps.

8009220204 from a phone that isn't your cell. If your cell is you only phone you better find another.
