I have had my Samsung galaxy s3 for a little over a year. my last phone was a droid x2 that I had for over 2 years that went bonkers and died. Now my Samsung is going crazy. When I opened an app the phone would click on just about everything the app had to offer, and I would have to close the app and reopen it. Now the phone will turn on fine, but the touchscreen will not work for good. I went to Verizon to get a new phone and they were talking about some nonsense about getting a warranty shipped to my house via a phone number?? I called the number and it led me to a dead end, how shocking. Now I am sitting here getting text bombed like crazy and unable to reply because my touch screen became faulty.
I have taken perfect care of my phone and it Is immaculate condition. no scratches. always in a lifeproof. never dropped. this is the thanks I get for taking such good care of it.
someone either give me a number to call to get it replaced, because I have full insurance coverage, or get it done for me.
