Before I went on the Edge plan we had unlimited data the sales rep. talked me out of keeping plan to save $20/month now since then I have had to upgrade 2x. Plus worry about going over my plan. This happened in July can I go back to my old plan and pricing?

DelawareRealtor we can certainly understand being concerned about the data plans and all of the new options that are available to you. We would love to review your current plans to look at what would help with keeping your costs down for you. When purchasing a new phone under either the Edge agreement or the regular 2 year contract pricing, the plans are then changed to the newer plans for data. You have 14 days from the date of the phone purchase to decide if its something you wish to keep. After that timeframe the current form of data package would remain. We have numerous plans available that will give you options to help keep your data under the limit that you are using for the month.
