American Heart Association spam calls?

I have gotten 3 calls from a restricted number claiming to be the American Heart Association with a public service announcement about getting heart checkups. Any advice on blocking restricted numbers? I can't seem to get any assistance from Verizon--the chat function is always busy and they don't display a customer service number to call.

As already indicated you cannot use traditional call blocking when the number is restricted or unknown. You can block all incoming calls from numbers listed as private, restricted or unavailable using the Family Base feature! It's only $4.99 per month.
