When I go to Verizon tones I get the error message 109. Unable to authenticate phone number. It had worked previously. I bought a combo ringtone and call back tone but only my callback tone works. I was on the phone wit Verizon for over 30 minutes. They said they could see where I made the purchase but didn't know why I didn't receive the ringtone or where it went, nor could they correct my authentication problem in a timely matter. I was forced to disconnect my call due to having to go to work. Someone help please.
