Why can't I sync my contacts with my car after my last update?

I have a Droid RAZR M and have always been able to sync my phone contacts, without issue, with my car.  However, since the last update I cannot.  It says that it needs, and cannot find a flat file to do this.  Does this mean that my phone is now not capable of syncing my contacts with my car??  Has anyone else had this issue?

Go to the dealer. You have not given enough information as to what car brand, is it uconnect or what? that connects to your unknown brand of auto.

The dealership usually can tell you if its your cars software or your device that is the issue.
