We upgraded a phone at a company store near here in May to a smart phone. We was told everything was going to be the same. That ended up being a big lie!!! We started getting bills that were way higher then we thought that it should be and started checking our account on here. We found out we was changed to a 3 gig plan without our knowledge. WE called in to complain and was basically told oh well and its not your problem. Also was told there was nothing your company would do about it. I changed our plan on this site. Somehow it didn't change even though we got a message saying there was a change to the plan. This month we was again billed we again was billed for an unwanted 3 gig plan. How is your company going to solve this or will we have to file a complaint with the government???
