OOO!! The customer service at the Sierra Vista location is ridiculous! to say the least! We just upgraded to the edge plan on the 23rd and we got the Note4 on the release date. Great phone! When my wife went in she explained what we wanted.. the lady that "helped" her went back in the back got the phone then asked what case would you like. my wife picked one out it didn't work so she picked the only other case.. the lady came back out and with the cases on them. a screen protector on the phone and asked my wife to sign the screen saying this is for the phone, and then again this is for the edge plan and handed my wife the bag said it comes with all these "goodies" included. when my wife asked to go over the plan with her and what it will cost she said it will all be on your bill you can look at it at your home. Today I finally get my bill. There are almost $300 in extra charges for the "goodies" that were supposed to be included. I called up customer service they listened to my complaint and basically passed it off on the store. said they will call me in about an hour when that rep would be in and if they don't call within 2 hours to give them a call back.. as i was calling them back in 2 hours the store called me back (2 hours later not 1). After fighting with the manager for about 30 minutes, him calling me and my wife a lair, calling my kids undisciplined and rowdy, down right rude and would not honor his reps quote of these goodies being included he finally gave me only $50 convenience discount and the ability to drive all the way back to the store to take back the items for which i didn't want in the first place! I told him i would go during my lunch, which i was already 30 minutes late for because i was on the phone with him, and that i would like to talk with him directly He was conveniently "on lunch" when i arrived. The customer service rep that i spoke with today was GREAT. He listened to all our concerns, said he would relay all our info to management. walked us through our bill.. took off things that we never wanted in the first place that were added with out our consent. everything a customer service rep is supposed to do. While we were with this rep the manager that i spoke with on the phone came back from "lunch" and avoided us the entire time we were there.. looked at us several times.. there was even another rep requesting his service right next to us but he wouldn't come over because he knew exactly who i was and made that rep come to him. I then called customer service again when i left there to let them know everything that had happened to include the great customer service that i did experience. I asked if they could do anything to compensate me for my experiences and they said "NO" I'm sorry there is nothing available that i can give you..All of this is so unacceptable! i have never in my life experienced such poor customer service and been told I'm wrong and the associate trying to keep her job is right.. What are you going to do about it??
