My problem is I currently have a prepaid plan on a phone that died. I bought an iPhone with a different plan and a different number. I would like to cancel my prepaid plan and transfer my balance to my new plan. I was told I had to migrate my old number to my new plan in order to transfer the balance to my new number. But I can't get anyone to tell me how to do this. In fact, I can't seem to contact a "real" person at all! Any suggestions?
