Droid DNA Bluetooth pairing problem

I have a Droid DNA phone and cannot pair it with half of my BT devices. I had a rental car that I was previously able to pair with but cannot now. I just bought a Bluetooth device that crashes the Bluetooth Share on my phone when I try to pair it. My wife has an iPhone 5 and is able to pair to the device with no problem. It seemed to start happening after the most recent software update. Is there something I can do?

Go into your Blue Tooth and it's settings and Un-pair all your Devices that you currently have in.. after that power cycle your phone then retry to pair your Devices..

OMG! That worked! You answered something that HTC and VZW couldn't answer. I had done that but didn't reboot. Thanks so much!
