Aside from the vzwavsservice error message I continuously receive on my S5 (Settings>Apps>All>Google >Uninstall Updates.I have done this several times and I still receive the message) My phone also (I have had it for only a few months), has rebooted on its own and also has factory reset by itself on me twice, also when tapping on one app, the phone will open something entirely different like the camera for example. The hinge that covers the charging port broke off within a short time of receiving my phone, even though I had Cloud backups set only when on WIFI, my phone would perform backups when not on WIFI causing my data go over the top. i had to uninstall Cloud entirely so this would not continue as I am on a shared plan. These are only a few of many other issues I continue to experience and I believe this is a defective phone. What is the policy for warranty? I am part of a family plan, can I just go to any Verizon store on my own to have this checked out? I believe this phone is defective and there should be a manufacturer's warranty of some sort I would think? Thanks in advance.
