my husband upgraded my phone online, I received my new Samsung galaxy s5, but have had trouble activating it for weeks now...we bothh have tried activating it online, but at first it said pending... now everytime I try, it just says it cannot be completed. ive been assigned account manager already, so that certainly is not the problem. also, the day I received my new phone, when I did all steps to activate it, it said error 1001... I am really looking forward to using my new phone, my husband certainly did not waste money for nothing. I am seriously considering switching companies. Verizon makes everything a headache.. please help.
p.s. I am upgrading from an iPhone 4
