This month on my bill I had a random charge for sales tax and I was missing the edge credit. When I called in to customer service to get this fixed, they told me that 3 out of my 4 lines had the edge agreements cancelled 2 weeks after I signed up for them back in May. I never noticed because the cost of the phone and the edge credit were the same, so my bill never looked any different.
Apparently their software picked up on one of the lines and reinstated the edge agreement starting in October. I guess they hadn't ever charged me sales tax for the phone, so they're charging it now - 5 months later. I think this whole thing is pretty ridiculous, how do you accidentally cancel THREE contracts! After four calls to customer service I've still not seen any credits go to my account, and no one has called back like promised. I was told that they have to work this through the "National Data Management" team and there is no way for me to contact them directly. Every time I call I get the same run around and a promise for a call from this team, and still nothing! This is extremely frustrating. Has any one else had this happen to them?
