My router shows 2.4GB used while it was turned off during a 2 day period. Ive gone into a black hole trying to express my concerns. This has never happened prior to the new plan where my data was doubled.
My habits havent changed yet my data usage has increased. Not by a little either. But a substantial amount. The equivalent of 2 HD 45 min movies.
AGAIN, while I had the router off.
It is a clear cut case. Because I was out of town with no access to the line. In fact it was off. When I arrived back the usage shoed 2.4GB????????????
How do I get that back??
How do I expalin my issue??
Why do they tell me it must be the device??
Why do they make assertions they cant back up??
Granted there may be plenty of cons and fraudulent claims But what happens to the honest customer??
It troubles me to see this happen with absolutely no recourse.
How can I trust the system to measure data accurately when a clear cut example exposed the metering of data as being incorrect. Horribly inaccurate!
