Droid Razr maxx group texts having trouble receiving responses, my phone tells me I have texts but they are blank. If I am lucky anywhere from an 1/2 hour to several hours later the messages finally come in. Sometimes they never do. This is for work

My Droid Razr Maxx HD has trouble handling group texts. When I send one out and the individuals respond, my phone tells me I have a text message as normal and who from but it is blank. Sometimes it comes in several hours later but the order is jumbled so the conversation is hard to follow. Sometimes they never come in. Group texting is primarily for work so I need to find a way to fix this. Any suggestions?
