I live in ogden utah, even if I walk to the end of my driveway I get ok service. But not great,1 block down the road I get like 6-7mbps of actual download.. what the heck?
Oh boy! Please be advised that no carrier can guarantee service indoors. We do have a Network Extender that would greatly improve your indoor coverage. For your indoor concern please keep in mind you do have 14 days to test the network extender and if unsuccessful you may return. Please share if you would like to move forward with this option. Does the network extender require I have broadband service? As I don't, I have unlimited data
The only other carrier that seems to get reasonable service here is tmobile... which obviously does me not a bit of good. Def not switching (or ever giving up my unlimited Verizon data for that matter )
Just two blocks away I get blazing download speeds. Like 8mbps actual downloaf... it's amazing.
Sounds like something in the area may be causing interference. Was it always like that or did it recently happen? Did you recently upgrade or was your device updated?
A) yes the NE needs a broadband connection.
Verizon take take unlimited data form you any time they feel like it if they wanted too.
C) You have access to REAL broadband choose not to have it? What good is your unlimited data if you can't use it because the signal is bad? You're basically paying for phone service you can't use because you won't get a broadband connection?
