how can I sign up for auto pay
Easier on a computer. Go to My Verizon and on the left you see a bar of options. Under Manage My Account you will see Set Up Auto Pay
I strongly recommend you link autopay to a credit card and not give Verizon direct access to your checking or savings account. The difference if there is a disagreement with a payment, with the credit card, Verizon needs to prove it is right to the credit card company. If it is your bank account, you need to prove to Verizon who is right and guess who will win that?
