For some reason, my phone will not swipe - so I can't initiate anything. I can answer when a call comes in, but that is it. I can't even turn it off. Anyone have any advise.
Plug it into your computer, if that doesn't work then turn the brightness all the way up and let the battery run down and the phone shut off
