Am I able to cancel a contract, pay the ETF and resign a new contract immediately under the same number? I need a new phone but dont have an upgrade until next may. If I pay my $190 ETF can I reopen a line under the same phone number. Thus avoid paying $600 for a freaking phone at cost and keeping my # that I have had for 14+ years.
