I have spent multiple days, countless hours over the past several months on the phone with Customer Service to cancel Total Mobile Protection, and I am still getting charged. I have waited for an hour today in the middle of the day for a representative to arrive for the Live Chat feature. Is there any way to email customer service representatives? I need to comunicate with someone in WRITING about this because all the phone conversations I have had have not resulted in the Total Mobile Protection feature being cancelled, and I have no written proof because everything was over the phone. I feel very powerless and unheard, and I'm very disappointed to be treated this way after being such a loyal customer for all these years. Please - is there a way for me to communicate with customer service in writing and to stop the Mobile Protection charges once and for all, while being refunded for the past charges?
