I am trying desperately to get in touch with someone high enough in the company to resolve an issue I'm having wherein a sales rep got me into a new contract by offering an expired promotion that ended up costing me $400. I've posted my issue here, Trade-in program offered to you?, but did not get any real resolution. I have also found this page that lists a number of vice presidents, Leadership | Verizon Wireless, but when I try to contact them via the individual contact links nothing happens when I hit send.
Does anyone know of any other ways to contact a manager via e-mail? Thanks in advance for the help -
