In Sideshare, how do I ad an app while not in a call?

I can't figure out how to ad an app while not in a phone call.

I have a Galaxy S4. I'm trying to ad an app to sideshare. Or delete an app. I can't do either one. When I'm on a call or not.

Settings more settings shortcut tab then click on app you want to quick display
