I'm not surprised, since simultaneous voice/data isn't currently available on the new Moto X, either, unless on wi-fi (it also requires an update to Advanced Calling 1.0, which supposedly will happen by the end of the year).
Well if this the Way there going and this show up in the update's for my Maxx I won't be Downloading it anytime soon..I'll pass on it off for as long as I can..
