Called Verizon a few days back to activate a new phone for my mom. They ended up activating the phone on my line and now my grandfathered unlimited data plan is gone. Customer service agent assured me that my data plan was not altered and when I checked, it was. Called back to speak with a different agent and she assured me that the issue will be resolved within 1-2 business days. Its been over 5 days now and still no progress. How do I file a complaint? I've been a customer for YEARS and never had any issues until now.
