iPhone 5 and iPhone 5s. Yes my wife is experiencing the same problems.
RPLi, Thank you so much for those wonderful details. I would like for us to reset one thing in both of the phones. Let's go ahead and reset the network settings in the phone. The way you can do that is to go into Settings, General, Reset, Reset Network Settings. Once the reset is complete you would need to make sure that you re-enter in any of your wi-fi information back into the phone. All of your other information will stilll be in the phone (apps, musics, videos, contacts and pictures). Then re-test the phone calls for me. Please keep us posted.
