Just switched over from virgin mobile and didnt correctly port number over to my verizon wireless prepaid iphone. I called virgin and they gave me my old account number and thats it. How can i fix this? I cant receive calls and some texts
I'm so sorry about this youngmagock. Which iPhone do you have? You can try powering off both phones, then turn on iPhone and see if that helps. (Leaving old phone off.)
