I am having a problem with Verizon Cloud.
For one user on my plan the cloud appears to be working flawlessly.
For user 2, I cannot use the Verizon Cloud app on the phone and when I try to manage content on the web i see "Media Servers are temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." When I go to the Contacts tab, I see the contacts I have backed up.
How can I get this to work?
