Last week I spoke with a customer service representative. She told me I was not eligible for an upgrade on my aircard until December but she would make an exception. She took my order and I waited for my product to arrive. It never did. I called to ask why and Mike (removed), told me that their representative wasn't authorized to give me the early upgrade and that I would have to wait until December.
The representative last week also managed to sell me an iphone 6 right after the aircard order.
I cannot believe that Verizon will not honor the commitment made by their representative. I've been a loyal verizon customer for more than 15 years but that means absolutely nothing to them.
Verizon you get a F for customer service.
