This has been happening for the last few weeks.
I've got both an iPhone 5 and 5S, running different iOS versions, so it's not software related.
Verizon, what's up? I used to have good coverage and service, but this is getting ridiculous.
We're gald you're reaching out about your service, ramiusfl. I do see the signal in 32707 can vary, but there's been no reports of any new calling issues for the past few weeks. Has this been happening all around town or mostly at home or another specific location? Did anything change with your phones when this started, like a new app or new case even? Jennifer,
Thank you for replying. I have not noticed it around town, the problem seems to be isolated to my home in 32707. Nothing was changed with regards to the phones. Both the iPhone 5 and iPhone 5S have been in the same cases since they were purchased. We also have not added new Wifi devices/microwaves or anything else either. One of the reasons my wife left AT&T and switched to Verizon was because of the (previously) better reception here. No particular new apps and I've done resets/restarts/restores on my 5S with no avail.
Ramiusfl, Thank you for those important details. How far from home do you have to go before service improves? SarahO_VZWFollow us on Twitter @VZWSupport
Hard to say as it's not something I usually make a note of, but I would say that I don't have the problem outside of about one mile from home.
