I am trying to back up my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 on Verizon Cloud. I am getting an error. Code 4600. I have power cycled my device. I have reset Verizon Cloud application. I have logged into MyVerizon as a member and chose "manage contacts" and am only able to get through that process part way. I get to the step where I click on the my device to chosse to back and the words, "Back up device" is supposed to be a link but the words are not a link. And I can go no further. Please advise.
