Can anyone tell me how I can file a complaint with Verizon? I have searched through the website but have had no luck finding anything. Please help!
verizonwireless.com, bottom of page 'about us', click. Then click "Our Company", click on right hand side of page 'Region Presidents", click on "View Profile" for your area of the country. Then click on "Contact ___". They limit the characters so be brief and to the point.
What type of complaint? Most complaints must be formal and mailed in.
Things like billing can be done over the phone
It's in regards to a mistake that was made by an employee.
Exactly what type of mistake? It might have to be done formally
It's a long story but it has to deal with the Edge plan being put on a wrong phone line. Thanks I'll write a formal statement.
