I have a simple question. Do I have 15 days to cancel my new contract from the date I ordered or the date I received and activated the phone? I have two iphone 6's that were shipped to me and am wanting to cancel my service. I am not a "service hopper", I have had Verizon for several years. For whatever reason, my service is terrible now where I live. I think it has to do with a cell tower that was recently placed about 700 yards from my house. I am not going to pay 150 a month for two lines if I cant use them in my home. How long do I have to cancel, 15 days from activation or 15 days from the original order date? I have contacted them about this and their technical team is looking into it. I'm sure the result will be it shows nothing wrong. Something has changed as its been this way for a few weeks, even prior to the new phones.
