I submitted two iPhone 4s devices in perfect condition two weeks ago. I out the equipment in each envelope, each with assigned a submission ID. I have checked the status on the website several times. One of the responses states one of the devices has not been received. I can not get any info on the other device with the other submission ID. I have tried contacting them twice via e-mail--no response. I called the help number, only to experience a very rude woman who provide me no information. Is this is a scam?
