So I guess I type my real question here? This is horrible. I'm getting no service all of a sudden when I haven't touched my phone for hours. Restart it and now have bars but can't make incoming or outgoing calls - only SMS not even iMessage?! Unacceptable the "nations greatest coverage"! Shame on you Verizon for not easily allowing your customers to know whether there is an outage or not. The site is very very poorly designed and implemented.
