How do i stop someone from hacking our accounts and we never know they do it?

My girlfriend and I have been struggling with her ex. He knows anything we talk about and gets pics that we send to each other or to other people. Somehow he logs on to both of our accounts and uses verizon messages to talk to other people then he screenshots the messages and sends them to her trying to get her to leave me. He made the mistake and told someone that he has a friend that works in verizon and he gets all of our messages? How is this possible and how can i stop it? The PA state police cant do anything about it and it needs to stop. He knew i left my housr yesterday and came here when she was alone and forced himself into my house. Anyone with any information on what to do please help me out before i go postal and go into the verizon store and figure out who it is.

Both of you change the account password on the accounts.

If its one account same thing. Change the password.

Pennsylvania has a computer crime squad as do most states.

Call and file a complaint with them.

If you can prove a Verizon wireless employee has violated your privacy or your account and gave information to others for the purposes to harass, annoy or cause fear.

Contact the US Department of Homeland Security and give them verifiable proof of this Verizon employee and sit back and watch the person go to jail.

I agree with Elector. If a VZW employee is giving out your account information to a third party they will surely be fired and prosecuted. VZW can easily find out who it is since the system tags the account when it is accessed by an employee or agent of VZW. If he forced his way into your home and you can prove it then the police should surely be involved.

I would also get a restraining order. Doesn't help much but it is something. Then once you can prove contact that violates it he will be arrested.

First change your passwords on everything. Even though VZW Message+ is great I would also stop using it because if he accessing your messages online then another app will not allow this. Plus a computer expert should be able to track the ISP of the messages sent from the internet and that would be proof of his violations.
