Samsung note 3 no phone reception

I get hood wifi but terrible to no reception for 3g or 4g to phone calls. I cannot use my phone after paying hundreds of dollars for it. Does anyone know of a fix or gave the same issue. My zip code is 08234. Other phones in the house have super reception while I have none. I pay a lot of money to have this phone and can't use it. Help!

I presume you upgraded to KitKat?

Have you subsequent to that, ever backed up your device (Important files and settings), and then performed a Factory Data Reset?

Oh my, lukky98! Thanks for bringing your concerns to our attention. I was able to check the zip code for Egg Harbor Township which does show the area being varibaly covered.

What type of signal do you have?

Certain devices can actually different types of reception even though they are in the same area.

As stef7 mentioned, are you upgraded to the KitKat software and if so, did you try a factory reset after the software update?

Same problem with my GS4. They fed me a "marginal coverage" line, but the issue happens all over the country. So either their entire network is marginal, or it's a cop out.
