How can I find out about changing to Plan Code 89968.

I'm eligible for a custom plan through work, but I can't find anything through Verizon where I can view plans by a Plan Code.

I need to know the details of the plan, what it would mean for me compared to my current plan, and how to switch.

Any ideas?

Have you asked at your work from the person or department which I assume gave you the plan code?

Thank you for your response. At first I was having no luck with that, but once I mentioned it was a business plan they were able to get someone else to help.
