My phone will not ring. It won't even light up or acknowledge someone is trying to call. Only shows missed call when I check.
parrot157, Thanks for reaching out! Truly sorry to hear that your S5 is not ringing properly. Does the screen not lighting happen when you phone is set to vibrate or sound? I have some great suggestions to make sure you're notified of your calls the right way. Please check your phone sounds settings to ensure the Ringtone volume is up.
