I just installed verizon messenger plus on my Note 3 and would like to know who to set it up to text over wifi? the app claims to be able to do it. Does it do it automatically? or is there a setting that has to be set? I can't find one. There is setting to "show notifications when messages are being sent over wifi or celluar data" but I don't see any notification either. can someone clairy the cell vs wifi setup ?
