Coverage in Warrenton GA

there is no coverage at my mothers residence in warrenton GA - Coordinates - (removed). I asked about this at a Verizon Store and they said to go on the website and request the tower be boosted in this area. I am not sure where to go to request this; can someone please help.

nulady07 look no further, you've reached the right place! Are you having difficulty with calls and/or data? Is the trouble indoors and outdoors? Do you know if any other Verizon customer is having the same issue?

Ashley - this is going to show as a different user because I had to reregister since I couldn't remember my password and wasn't getting the link in the e-mail.

To answer the question - the difficulty is with both calls and data and text; its both indoors and outdoors - we can go about a mile down the street to get coverage, however at the grid coordinates I posted there is no coverage.

Hello LenaA

The zip code is 31031 - however I placed the coordinates in the first message and Verizon deleted those coordinates.

My mother in law recently moved there in July and she has an LG Flip phone, however we have visited several times and have the same issue with the Samsung SIII; We will be upgrading soon, however, there is no point in continuing her on my plan if she will not receive service where she is located.
