Order status says "We received your order and it is in process." No pending charges showing on credit card, what's the deal?

My iphone 6+ still says delivery date not available while my iphone 6 order has already shipped I really hope the 6+ arrives on launch day.
I am in the exact same situation. Ordered a 6+ for myself and a 6 for my wife in the first 30 min they were on sale. The 6 has shipped and the 6+ has not. When I check the status of the Pre Order, it says Estimated Shipping Date: Not available at this time. Both listed 9/19 as the ship by date when they were ordered and in the email confirmation.
Something odd I just noticed. As I said, my wife's 6 shipped today and my 6+ has no available date listed on the order status page. When I looked at my account, selected my phone and clicked the View Upgrade Date link, it said my device was available for upgrade now. My wife's shows an upgrade date 2 years from now as expected since her device shipped.
When I tried to go through the upgrade process again just to see what it would do, it gave an error saying that an upgrade was not available at this time. So maybe it's nothing but I wanted to see if anyone else who is waiting for a 6+ has seen their device listed as having an upgrade available when they log into their account.
I'm getting the same thing. I am NOT happy. Apparently, waking up in the wee hrs of the morning (3am est) to preorder was not worth it?!?!

I show that too, I oredered 2 6+'s 64GB, shows ship date of 9/19 but no other info?? I ordered approx. 2:10am CST, so I don't know????
your CC wont be charged until phone has actually shipped.
I'm having the same thing happen. I'd just be interested in getting a general statement from Verizon that orders in this status are on track or alternately they're not along with steps that should be taken. It's not like a glitch can't happen with the volume they experienced but the fact they're not addressing it, when this thread proves its not uncommon, is frustrating.
verizon lost my preorder and pushed me to november when my original eta was 9/12. food for thought on this awesome customer service. they said try customer care but you probably wont get anything.
Sunday my card was charged the full amount and status changed to, "Your order is currently being processed. Please check back tomorrow." It's is now Monday night no change in status and no shipping info. Guess ill find out eventually. Good luck to you all as well, maybe Verizon Wireless Customer Support will be able to help.
It's now more than 5 days since I pre-ordered and received my order confirmation email at 2:26am Pacific time. I realize that 2.5 hours in means I am not at the front of the line, but I've been getting the same 'in process ... delivery date not available at this time' status since Sunday night.
Pretty frustrating ... some kind of useful status or even a change in status would be good .... as it is, all I am getting from the Order Status page is the appearance that nothing is being done with my order.

That may be a good thing at this point my status was showing unavailable since the day I ordered up until yesterday afternoon it changed to sent for processing and I had a tracking number this morning. You did order kind of late but there still is hope I hope you get your phone on launch day!
iDroid - thanks for the info! I guess it's quite possible I am still in the queue. I'll just keep crossing my fingers.
It is very possible that many of our phones came in on this flight it landed in the U.S. the 15th and next thing you know my 128 GB process the next day in the afternoon. Hey it could happen, good luck to anyone still waiting for an order update!

I am quite familiar with the Order Status page. That's the page that all of us have been referring to and it's shown me nothing since Sunday except:
We received your order and it is in process.
Expected Ship Date: Not available at this time.
So from where I sit, it looks like nothing has happened with my order in the last three or four days. I can't help but worry that perhaps something has gone wrong. Though I recognize that we all need to be patient.

Mine says the same thing and when I contact VZW I get a different answer with each person I speak with.
My status just updated to show tracking number.
(6Plus 64GB Space Grey) Exactly the same issue here. My order went through at 3:45am EST, right after the ECDP error on their website cleared up. When I ordered, it had a ship date of 9/19. When my confirmation email came, it said 10/7. I've spoken with several different reps at Verizon and gotten different and same answers. Guess I got up at 2:50am EST for no reason. Still have to wait weeks.

Just got off the phone with Verizon CS rep. My order status still shows"in progress" not shipping until 10/14....HOWEVER, they just gave me a tracking number and confirmed I will receive my Iphone + 128GB SG tomorrow via UPS WHILE ON THE PHONE. I didn't believe them and had them reconfirm the order and tracking number by calling back. So, there is a good chance that those without any sign of hope that preordered will defeat the odds and receive their coveted phone on launch day!
