I just bought a Samsung Galaxy S5 with the assumption that it came with all the famous features I have heard about the phone. I want to use the Smart Scroll feature, but it is not on my phone anywhere. How do I get it?
Smart Scroll is available on the S4; it isn't available on the S5.
I saw a discussion where other carriers had it on the S5 but Verizon left it off. I guess the carriers get to tell google what features they want and don't want? Mary
