In July 2014 one of our lines updated. It had been on unlimited data. We were not told of the option to receive 6 gb and instead were put on a 2 go plan. When a relative upgraded a phone in October they did it at Best Buy and went from unlimited to 6 go. So, we learned of the unlimited to 6 gb option in October. We contacted Verizon and were told they would not make the change in our plan because we were outside the 60 day window. How do they expect us to choose timely when they did not inform us of our options? We have been customers for 16 years and this is how they treat us.
